The paddle is mainly used for high speed mixing machine, high speed mixing unit, horizontal mixing unit and the other equipments. The heating time of our paddle is short, and the mixing ratio is better than the ordinary paddle.



According to the characteristics of the material, the stainless steel paddle has two kinds: the disc type and the three-pieces type. The mixing paddle is driven by the motor through the triangle rubber belt. The paddle running in a clockwise direction, this make the material mixing along the wall of the boiler and mixing up and down at the same time. And under the effect of guide plate, the mixing effect is better. Because the material is moving at high speed, so the friction among granules, material and paddle is large, this makes the temperature of the material rose rapidly, this is not only reduce correspondingly the heating  of the pot wall, but also conducive to the absorption of resin plasticizer. The mixing paddle is made of stainless steel, and machining carefully, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
